Think the last time I went was feb last year, I don't enjoy the drive down

Drove to manchester itself last winter too and didn't enjoy that either, everywhere is jammed although found day parking for £3.50 just outside the city centre which wasn't too bad. Train station wanted £45 a day or something ridiculous

if you dont know where you are going in any city/town etc, then it is stressful enough without finding parking etc.

Very true although I much prefer driving somewhere I don't know which is rural :p urban places just annoy me and all the drivers are up your arse everywhere, had a glow in the dark orange NATO on the rear of the disco and they were still trying to get close enough to kiss it

Chassis is 2.5mm unless we're talking about tanks or summink :p

go sit in the corner :p and listen ............. was showing him the target. Like snap on tools not every body can afford them, but you can buy the same quailty in a different brand, that will do the job:)

I bought an hundred quid Powershack 150amp from Screwfix had it 3 years and done all the welding I've needed to do.

Dunno why peeps think ya need an expensive welder for a landy. Fine for peeps like pressbrake etc who are welding all day everyday and fabbing HD stuff. but most landy owners use theirs for one week before MOT to weld all the holes so it'll pass.

Don't see the point in paying for a duty cycle that you're never going to need.

A professional set-up, branded or otherwise, is wasted money to a hobby welder without much funds
