Bugger!

Did my wheel bearing for the MOT today. I brought a kit but it didn’t actually need replacing, just adjusting, stripe fit all down anyway, stub axle and seal was all good as were all the bearing races and cages. So I cleaned it all, repacked with fresh grease and adjusted.

Out the kit in the parts bin for future use.

Apart from it being cold, was a lovely day to be out, bright and sunny!

I haven't done any landrover things today, just mixed a shed load of concrete! Did mean I got to be outside in the sun though. Will fit my cb tomorrow.

So who exactly is coming on the 4th?

I am coming with a Richard as my passenger (his d2 is broken!)

So

Flat + 1

@flat @DaveyGTi and any others, have a great time tomorrow, hopefully there might be some snow left to play in and maybe some rain/sleet...
We await the pictures, hope to join you next time!
PS @flat great MoT result, a credit to your care & maintenance

Okay,

great day out. Some traumas.
1. forgot gas stove
2. forgot cb aerial
3. electric fan kaput
4. some scrapes to everyones vehicles
5. 1 wing mirror down
6. 1 wiper blade down
7. defeated by 1 lane
8. grumpy walkers
9. police firearms officers :D

Was excellent, some nice long gentle lanes, and some short but surprisingly hard, technical style lanes that required a delicate touch. Waffle boards used a few times to get us up some steps but no one actually got stuck. Some snow drifts to smash through up on the high ground.

Was excellent. Photos later :)
