The EAS software usually uses comm port 4, you have to change the Comms port in the pull down menu at the top left of the screen. Can anyone recommend a usb to comms that actually work I have bought two now and my device is coming up with action on comms port 1 I am using Windows 10
No instructions to download a driver? I'm not familiar with Win 10, but unless it is very different in the use of drivers to earlier versions of Win, the inbuilt drivers will not work with the EASNope just plugged and played as no driver CD came with them
I agree.I nornally find ones with FTDI chipset work best and you can get generic drivers from FTDI themselves.
Prolific chipset ones work OK too but finding the basic simple driver is not as easy in my opinion.

Trouble is, I have taken a few apart to find the RTS/DTL pins are not connected so the right driver is no helpBut that's at driver level is it not? If so, the drivers from FTDI's own website will support it.
It says 9 pin, so one has to hope they mean all pins connected. Expensive, so it should do the job. This is the one I went for hope the bugger works
Check the calibration for all levels, assuming there really are no leaks in the system.Well it works now to try and diagnose the fault I'm thi king it is a faulty sensor if I pull the relay it stays put and doesn't loose any air but when I put relay back in it self levels till on bumpstops
So, if it doesn't move, either there is a leak or a valve is not operating due either to a connector problem in the EAS box or a driver pack fault.Cannot get rear right to lift
