I thought I'd replace the EAS pump mounts. RAVE says to make a note of the correct orientation of the dished washers, but without saying or showing clearly what it should be! After 15 years I cannot be certain that mine are still correctly fitted. In fact, there are marks that suggest they have been fitted both ways in the past. Should the top and bottom washers be dished up and/or down, please??

Bottom washers should be flat. There should be a nylon spacer (RVL100040) under flat washer on single rear mounting point. All dished washers should be fitted with the convex side down concave side up. Nuts torqued to 2 nm or 1.5 lb ft.

Sorry to fire up an old thread but its the only one I can find which references this nylon washer/spacer (RVL100040) which is fitted to air suspension compressor bracket stud. Tried to order one from the local LR Retailer but told its obsolete. Does anybody know what the dimensions are for this spacer please? Thank you

I made my own by buying some washers similar size. Then by placing over an impact socket tapping with the ball end of a smallish hammer to dish the washers. Have worked fine for past couple of years.

Thanks its not the washers I require its the nylon spacer that goes underneath the washer, the spacer is obsolete, just trying to find the dimensions of it.
