@kurtjohnson10 has them brand new if you live in the UK. I don’t know how to tag people but I gave it an effort...I may be getting some soon, if my valve block re-rebuild doesn’t go well today..

I’ve not seen them. Ring kits have the seals for them but no new valves. only way I know how to get them is with new block 
Then again Kurt may have some rocking horse poo, that wouldn’t surprise me. But it’d be a really ugly rocking horse, absolute munter. full of wood worm and mould, and he’d love it!

If they are nearly new, from Kurt they should be fine. The cone doesn’t do the sealing the o-ring does.

If the NRV's are only 2 years old, they are unlikely to be faulty. The cone does not do the sealing, it just a guide.I'm not 100% sure mine are gone because they are about 2 odd years old and I bought them from Kurt originally as far as I remember.
