ordered a new pipe from island 4x4 last night so fingers crossed it will be here in a day or two then the fun begins again :D

new pipe arrived today and still not working:mad: ive ordered a new block compressor driver cos ive had enough of the rather expensive doorstop :fighting::fighting::fighting:

sorry to bring this old chestnut up again  but having replaced valve block ,compressor and driver still no air checked all pipes that i can see for leaks and none found but the one thing that i did notice is that with the eas software the compressor works great lots of air pumping out but once the ignition is switched on i get zilch any ideas why its doing this

the engine needs to be running for the pump to work

Strip the motor, unsolder the trip and solder in a new one. do a site search the part number has been mentioned a few times.

cheers data

ive just plugged in my old pump and its pumping ok but still no air getting to the bags or air tank

just done another test and its making good air , plenty air at blue pipe no air escaped at outlet just cannot figure why its not lifting the vehicle from access mode the access light is steady and standard light continues to flash

Plenty of air? At what pressure?
Normal reason for not lifting when the lights are as you say is lack of air pressure.

how do i find out what pressure i dont have a gauge
Look at Wammers How To. Take the blue pipe off, run the compressor from the software or automatically, stick your thumb over the end of the pipe, if you can stop the air the compressor is NBG.

its gone up to height the dozy tit that i am :D it was sucking like a prossie in a back alley till i put the filter on then ohh no it wouldnt suck:doh: it was blocked  so big thanks to all who have helped me out
