Hi datatek,
Work I have done.
Swapped out driver pack - no difference.
Swappd out for the old valve block - no difference except its trying to self level more clicking.
So I have no change in the situation which is front is sitting higher than the rear when driving and rear is lowering too much over night.
What I have noticed this morning when Nanocom was connected there is an imbalance with ride height at front axle.
Fronts are;
Front left 131
Front right 115
Rear left 113
rear right 111
I seem to recall from a thread that you need to get the heights within 5mm or 5 bits of each other?

The front is noticably higher when at standard height when settled' and driving.
This evening I am going to adjust the front ride height down - balance the figures?
Can someone please remind me how to adjust with the Nancom, I have done it prviously but cannot remember.

Progress of sorts
Ian

You need to calibrate all 4 corners at all 4 heights, access, motorway, normal & wade. Can't help re Nanocom, I don't have one, I use the RSW free EAS diagnostics.

I just take the average across each axle and use that both sides when calibrating. It doesn't make that much difference to the final height.

Update of sorts on the 2002 4.6 Vogue.
As 2 of ride heights sensors are sending various inaccurate signals and they ALL have seriously corroded connector rods I am changing the sensors.
Datatek, can I use any sensors on the front? ie 94 thru to 2002 or do I need a specific part number.
I have found new Dunlop one's for the rear.

Thanks
Ian

Not sure about the fronts as my P38's are MY 2000. To be safe, order for 1998 MY or later.

Hi All,
Quick update.
All seems to be fixed.
New ride height sensors front and rear, new airspring N/S rear, Fixed an air leak on the O/S rear air spring - trimmed pipe back and replaced a section of the air holding tank supply pipe.
Reset some height settings with the Nanocom.
From left sensor does not like going to wading height but I can live with that for now.
Looks to be sitting level too!!
Very rough working in sub zero temps but had to get the job done.
Looking for a full metal rear bumper if anyone has one for sale.

Hi Mark, it had a new one fitted around 6 or so months ago.
Going to change the fronts as a pair.
Tryingโ€ฆโ€ฆ. to keep costs down on the Gold one as I need to spend on my development prototype P38.
Its an expensive hobby haha
Your right there, just had to replace all four bags after just 5 yrs๐Ÿ˜ฌ

14th built, chassis 129 def genuine CVC factory vehicle.
It has development notes all over it, wings where they mount are different for instance.
Interior seats are wrong, wheels are wrong, obs has wrong tailgate and someone decided to paint it Black.
There is evidence of original Epsom green.

Would be great to see itโ€™s whole history and back to its original glory.

Epsom green is a great colour to :) .

The bumpers are metal under the plastic. Very solid.
