So i packed the mrs off for the weekend and sorted it, UKPN then put a brick cabinet and sorted the total horror show at bottom of the drive, following weekend did a full rewire, total horror show, woring was done by Johnny Crimpset, and Billy Block Connector, i think they had Larry the leccy tape king as thier apprentice, i kid you not.

For agarage of a shed i would norally use metal clad, it gets so damp up here and i dont fancy fizzy fingers in the winter.
Temporary Ctek charger house, with mag charging connector.
I will be fitting a new charger enclosure with a transparent door, will be part of a wider solar system in due course.

Trap doors will be 12v winch powered, batts from solar etc or 240v from sockets as spur etc.You forgot power for the roller doors
IF i go roller shutter fronts then that wil just come off the sockets down radial etc, tempted to do timber sliding doors like a wardrobe though......
its all a bit fluid design wise at the mo all part of the fun!

SWA fitted using STORM gland, so much better that the traditional fittings.
This is the underground resin branch joint for the SWA cable, to tap into the main garage cable from the house.

Lights from CSU, still only lashed in, will final fix when i do the second floor circuits.

Building control! ( Regularisation )
This build required full planning permission due to the 11 restrictions on the area ( I live in protected woods)
and because of its size it also needed building control approval,
The man from delmonte he say YES!!!!
Well i have to paint the back with fire retardant clear coating and install the soakaway for the gutters, and jobs a gooden.
Have to send him the data sheet for the coating, did that earlier today BS472 22 what ever that is, £200 worth of goop.
And ordered up the soak-away kit and associated UG pipes £400 ish
I need a digger anyway to sink the SWA/Data cables anyway, so will do all at same time!
If i was staying here for life I would not have bothered with planning or BC.

1) Soakaway for run off water from gulleys (was already in progress)
2) Apply fire retardant spray on coating to rear.
Reason for coating is the woods behind me, ( protected ) might one day have a house on there and if that house caught fire it would protect my car port WTF? Coating is about £240
Any its what he wants so no biggy, then i just got to take pics of the soakaway going in, and the coating being applied and job done,
Best bit is he does not need to come out again result!
Fees £460
Coating £250
Soakaway and pipes £380
Digger etc £80
So around £1250 job done Im happy,
I need the cert else, cause me probs when i sell.
Once i got cert who knows how long it will take to fit the stairs and fit out the rooms (ahem) I mean put a ladder in to the storage loft area.
I still have the studio to finish (in the background) halfway through second inner walls at the moment, so keeping busy!

Staircase ordered finally.
All looking very nice. It's great being able to get things the way you want them. Makes me look forward to when I build my next shed. I'll have a few I section girders across the roof of mine which I can put girder trolleys and hoists on, so I can whip engines out of JCBs if I want to.
