Yes they work. Make sure you get tdi version to leave intercooler open.

I have a farmers version. :)
Plastic sack held by the bonnet at the top & bungy cord for the bottom.
Covers rad but not intercooler.
Mines been on since November & won't be off till it warm. I have No viscous fan & don't turn the electric one on either.

I have a bigger bag that goes across the front for deep water wading

Will send a photo in the morning.

Here's my motor muff.
Quick thought if you want to look neat a piece of Ali/Perspex behind the black grill?

Radiator muff fitted and now the temp gauge actually reaches half way, quicker anorl. That means the heat is getting blown in quicker too yay.

Wipers now working again. Removed dash end and cleaned up the earth to bulkhead. Like @bluedog333 I now have a flapping passenger side wiper as the splines on the adaptor are worn down, I'll order them today, but for now Ive knocked them home with some masking tape packing. Decided to ditch the A bar and will now add the spots to the bumper instead, this should allow more air to reach the grill. So while the bumper is off I've given it a coat of bed liner as the original paint is thin.

I should have done the masking tape trick, I took the wiper arm off and drove to Dingocroft, typically it started to rain on the way, so I ended up opening the window and reaching around with the wiper in my hand to clear the screen. Hope somebody saw me, would have given them a little chuckle.

Just done a couple of things on me Defenderer - Have also added a picture of the state of the off side passenger door, the nearside has had a make do and mend repair.

So I filled up my swivels about 2 months ago. The offside front wheel now has the grease allover the wheel, what's failed the hub seal or the paper gasket?

Then I would say it is the drivemember gasket, it is where I would start, easy to change and nothing lost if it does not fix it.But first thing I would do is check the bolts and make sure they are tight.

Cheers

Here is the issue. Looks like its coming from the rubber cap @neilly .
