Hi all, I have been trying to change my door locks so they all work off one key as i have one for each door at the moment and i have come across a bit of a problem.

I have just ordered new locks and they are totally diffrent from what i have fitted now. can someone please tell me either what locks i have fitted now or what i have to change to make my new locks fit.

90 pre defender had door handles like a series and then there were defender plastic handles so my c reg 90 has metal handles and my g reg 110 has plastic more car type handles

I've got the plastic button door handles and fromwhat i can find i seem to be missing some kind of plastic clip? at the moment the small lock barrel screws straight into the lock mech.

is that right or am i missing some internal parts to the lock? I can supply more photos if it helps

ok so im getting somewhere, Im missing parts 8,9 and some of ten if anyone has any of these bits spare let me know and i will exchange for beer tokens

i dont think you are missing anything. small barrell on the right fits over the end of the large one on the right. It will click into place. then push the whole assembly through the door from the outside and screw on the rest from the inside.
