Anyone in the Hampshire area got experience in cutting the arches to fit flat dog arch extensions on a 5 door?

to a decent standard, I don’t really want to mess it up and risk parts rusting out in the future

Your wings are aluminium so rusting won’t be a problem just the usual corrosion using disimilar metals,

It’s more so the rears I’m worried about

I’d much rather a proper job with the doors welded back up after cutting rather then filling the gap with silicon, sadly I cannot weld lol

Unfortunately I don’t have experience of that modification mine is completely standard and will remain that way,
But the doors are all Aluminium skinned on to steel frame so not sure how you could possibly weld them,
But I’m sure someone will be along to suggest away of doing it, my guess would be mechanically fixing the arches
With Glue/ Mastic/ tiger seal and rivets,
