What's the best way to weld up multiple holes in the floor? Ramdom sizes from about 10mm to about 25 mm

if theres a few close together then cut a square out and weld a new piece back in its place
One method we used for small holes was cut the rot out with a hole saw, cut a hole out if good steel with the hole saw and weld hole up leaves a bit Of a gap to weld in and is quick and easy
My rear rad pipes arnt flared and I don't loose water out of them just a good tight jubilee clip
like the hole saw idea!
The question with the rad pipes is, if there is no flared ends from metal tube-rubber pipe.. under pressure there isn't not much stopping it pushing it off!
Only about 15 20 psi max good practice to have a flare but not always nessasary
Got any pics? What sort of dosh you looking for?
If I have a problem ill flare, until then
Doubt you'll get any issues tbh. Did you get them all shielded from the cab by metal??
Yep they're all under the floor so no issues with regs I am right in thinking that air pipes are allowed to run through the cab ?
Errrmm I know it cannot take air from in the cab and technically any silicone hoses is not metal and is not allowed if its just passing through the cab. I know Ed from our club moved his intake from the cab to the outside but because he had no metal shielding and no windscreen he had to put it under the bonnet before they signed him off.
Think the regs are designed for petrols really.
Its had the ends tapered about a foot of the ends. If its any good to you your most welcome to take it try it!! If you use it or cut it about just give me enough to buy 2 beers at the pub meet after you use it! Unless you have something interesting you wish to trade lol! Jai
