Changing the oil in both axles on my TD5 Def 90...........do I need replacement copper washers for the drain plugs? Thought I would ask before I do it....

I wouldn't bother, the cost far outweighs any possible benefits.

Warm them up until cherry red then let them cool down. It softens the copper and they will seal easier with less torque needed. Copper gets hardened over time.
