Pikey Dummy Ejection Facilitator.. Sep 7, 2007 #2 When say it on do you mean the lights on. or do you mean the difflock is on jack it up at the front and try to turn the wheel. if it turns Difflocks not on. If it won't turn then it's definately stuck on.
