Just removed the cv once again cant see nothing wrong gonna replace it anyway as ive got a second hand one on its way fix it all back up then see how it is then
 
From the noise that i was hearing its coming from the n/s/f ive checked all componets found all to be ok still waiting for the part to come but double checking everythink seems ok plus its ****in down with rain always the way when working on your front garden :)

Agreed, I've got loads to do, Luckily not urgent so can wait for a better day. Or at least not raining anyway.
 
there is only a few parts that can fail drive member ,cv ,shaft and diff and crown wheel and pinion, did it drive without engaging diff lock
