Recently while off roading I realised my diff lock wasn't engaging. On further inspection we found that the Link Assembly Transfer Box Diff Lock was missing.
Having replaced this with a new part it seems I am unable to get the lever far enough across from the cab to engage.
From underneath with a little more pressure it will engage Diff and I can disengage from the cab but not get it back in to Diff lock from the cab?
Any tips or have I fitted the new part wrong?

Part used was FTC3698
 
Probably just need adjustment. Britannica Restorations on the Youtube for how to.
^^ this one. You will ned to adjust it by removing the linkage and then screwing the pivot point either in or out (that is why it has a locking nut on it, from memory it is in but watch the video. This will then give you the additional movement required to engage difflock form the cab. if you can engage it at the box it is working so must be the linkage that is at fault.
