So what is the Deregulation bill and what does it have to do with YOU.
Well, its designed by the government to simplify government procedures, enabling them to make changes without all the "bureaucracy" the De-reg bill does not just involve Rights Of Way the government are also looking at consumer rights , national insurance contributions etc etc.
So.....the bit were interested in is PROW. The ramblers or the bobbles as they are often known are proposing that all ROW's and UCR's with vehicular access(both 4 and 2 wheels) be downgraded to "restricted byways" with no vehicular rights.
