OK overheated warped heads done....take for ride still overheating even without AC on. Note electric fans not coming on....mmm...they are meant too when temp gets high.
Next suspect is rad....OK easily done but why no electric fans?
Checked all connections,fuse etc all looked OK....any bright ideas?

Electric fans (Condenser fans) are linked into the engine ecu on V8's..not deisels. If you have a V8, the function can be checked with the engine software diagnostics. In the event of a severe overheat, the ecu fires them up to back up the belt driven cooling fan.

no the LR code for that is p8376 but you cant find it cos they hide the bloody becm so you have to pay them to read codes!

Just a thought, but people go dune boarding in the sahara and in the deserts of Australia, so why not slag boarding, i know a few slags (and i live in London) but not a lot of coal here since we went smokeless:hysterically_laughi
