So pleased that Landyzone have fixed the issue of adding photos, it was quite difficult to keep the momentum going without posting progress.
That’s it back into sixth gear now !

I’ll leave them dry for today then give them a coat of 2k Maxi Build Max Meyer primer

+1 on the above - excellent work - good to see progress, and +1 on the photo upload thingy - I might even start the project thread I've been threatening now, too
;)

Todays mission was to make a start on the upper side panels, glass out it was hammer time!
Then a little filler, sanding, heavy build primer, more sanding, more primer, and more sanding, well that’s one down one to go, glad it’s a 90 and not a 110!

Bonnet bashing, to be honest its not too bad, in fact its very bloody good! Attacked the underside with a wire cup on the grinder them a flap disk and finally DA. Applied some rust converter and hey presto the underside is ready for primer. Highlighted all the small dings and dents on the outside with a torch and market pen and its ready for a quick 80 grit DA then apply high build primer.

Well some good progress this weekend, bonnet now in primer, then attacked left hand wing. Wasn’t going to pay £200+ quid for the 300tdi headlamp panel so took a gamble and bought the £80 early defender one. After some gentle filing I have managed to copy the correct indicator and side light hole.

With summer now looming I better change to sixth gear with this landy and get the gazebo empty of landy bit 😂

Wings aside as I’m waiting for a RHS headlamp panel and a LHS outer wing that seem to be in short supply. Third time lucky hope the latest order to RimmerBro comes up trumps.
Not wanting to sit still ive cracked on with the banana shaped back door. Think the previous owner must have tried to knock a fence post over with the spare wheel.
