I have a knocking noise from the front when I pull away. I have quite a bit of backlash in the front diff so I've bought a second hand one with no backlash and I'm going to change it out.
Now I thinking as its 20 years old I should just by some half shafts, CV joints, drive flanges and do the lot.
I was looking on Paddock spares and I can get most of what I need for 130 quidish but not sure on the quality of the parts.
Can anyone let me know if its worth doing the lot or just to change the diff and if so whether the paddock parts would be a good option or to buy from else where.

Cheers in advance

Pull it all apart and check for wear, if you find some, change them if not, then save your money.

Cheers

Don't fix it if it isn't broken, for that money the parts are most likely made from cheese, britpart cheese.
