Having trouble closing my n.s f. Door as it gets colder it seems to get worse anybody had the same prob whats the fix.

Cheers neilly just had a look n.side seems more worn than o.side,I'll chuck a new one on see what happens.How soft is the rubber seal?
Is the plastic sleeve still in place on the latch?

try loosening the screws on the receiver -mark around the original position first with a pencil - and tap it 2mm towards the outside of the vehicle, then tighten the screws up again and try the door.My drivers door is always hard to close properly, i have to slam it shut............think one of these days I'm going to lose the window!

Flush with the frame? Sorry....I thought we were talking about a Defender.Yeah, tried that, it did make the door easier to close, but then the door wasn't flush with the frame so put it back. Trouble is, I have new door seals so hopping that eventually they will wear a bit and become easier to close!

Has reminded me tho, I need to get the tub in my avatar and do the door seals before we get a good frost or three.
