Don't you mean left button (roughly 8 o'clock position) = wind clock back,

and right button (roughly 4 o'clock position) = wind clock forwards?

Atleast that's how mine works! Need a pen or key to press it in.

My 110 has a button you have to push in in the middle of the clock and twist so you may have one of those (although more likely to be the two buttons).
