Hello everybody

I am new to the site and apologise if I have posted this in the wrong area .

I have a 1993 defender 90 2.5 which has had a full restoration a couple of years ago .the previous owner has put all fiberglass body panels on my defender with the ally frames does anybody know anything about these vehicles as I think they are quite rare a lot lighter ,no rust I was thinking of selling her but do not have a clue what to ask just flew through a mot no previsions .Any advise would be a great help .3 seats in the front and side seats in the back .very clean inside and out .

I've seen plastic outer wings before but not every panel. Also not sure it would be lighter to replace thin ally with thicker flash fibre.
It's the chassis and bulkhead that cause most of the rust problem anyway.
Have a look on eBay etc to what the asking price for equivalent age vehicles is, condition is the most important thing. Not sure the panels would attract a premium.

Mine cost a little less than £2k ... but it's an '89 2.5TD (19J) .. or was, it's now a 300Tdi ...
