As above unless you mean the steering wheel?

My drop arm on the steering box worked loose check that and then the condition of all 3 track road ends.
Check wheel swivel bearings, wheel bearings and play into the steering box. If non found try adjusting your steering box
 
Had a quick look today, all track rods are all good and no play. The play is as the shaft goes into the steering box, anyone had experiences with this problem ?
 
If it's the shaft moving about [side to side ] in the steering box it is time for a replacement. If arm is loose on shaft then tighten the large nut.

I can move the shaft going into the steering box a from about 11-1 without the wheels moving at all
 
You can adjust the backlash using the adjuster / locknut on the top of the steering box, just search on here for steering box adjustment (or similar). Make sure you know what you are doing and don't just guess it as it needs to be in a certain position when you do the adjustment
