Yep. Quite expensive lol!

the last one I missed out on (it was run up to xmas and I was pished a fair bit) went for 185 including the heated glass and plastic door card, just needed a wiper motor.....its one of the things I'm permanently hunting for!

Keep up the work I like watching folk transform their new toy!:)

Hi looking very nice just to rewind a bit where did you get the seat box trim from was it expensive

Agreed re: rear wheel

It's not so much sagging hinges as the door also cracks due to repeated flex. I would get a swing away carrier if I was you.

Vinyl wrapping is interesting, but if it's not a trailer queen why bother what's wrong with the paint already on it? Looks pretty bloody good to me already!

Or do you just not like the colour?

EDIT: just read your thoughts in the paint. Lol

bit of a last minute buy on ebay last night to solve my rotten rear door conundrum, I was going to repair it by welding a new frame section in, but popped up on ebay and was only a few miles from me so i took the plunge. Got tinted rear window too so bit of a bonus

And the reason I wanted this, a rot free door frame!

There was however some oxidisation bubbles appearing on the outer skin, so i thought id crack on and rectify them

Cut out the required amount, now we are skipping a few stages here as I was concentrating too much to take pics, images of the door fully wrapped

how did you find fitting it around curved cutouts like the door handle? think it will lift up?

Nah I don't think so, it pretty maleable, and I heated it in those areas to 90 degrees which is meant to set the vinyl in that position.
