Is there a fix yet for this fault? I found a couple of long discussion threads about it on other forums, but no definite resolution.
My friend recently bought a 2013 110 XS 2.2tdci from the LR main dealer.
The Defender kangaroos when trying to drive in first and second gear, in traffic for instance. The engine seems to hold on to RPM when you take your foot off the gas, then there's a delay when you press the pedal again.
They took it back to the dealer but were told to "live with it as that is how they are"
The lady won't drive it and they are on the verge of rejecting it. I read that BAS had fixed this with their remap, but nobody seems to have actually had it done.....everybody is talking about the earlier 2.4.
Can anybody tell me if there is a fix for this yet?
