Sounds like you need an auto electrician on it. If your battery goes flat it sounds like you have a short somewhere. If the hazards or the dash time clock have a problem it will drain the battery as they maintain a live feed from the battery all the time so both will keep working with the ignition turned off. It might also just be something silly like a loose battery lead either earth or live. To check just try and turn the connector on both a bit. If they move at all they need tightening up.
An electrical expert will find the problem for you and stop all the plug and play stuff. A bit quicker and probably cheaper if not a main LR person. Look in yellow pages or the web for local auto electrical people. Some will come to your home too.
