Sorry to be a massive pain. Is this blue on the indicator relay or would you say it’s one of the other ones

I found this on another forum but I would open the hazard switch first. A thin flat screwdriver will prize it open. Do it carefully so you can see what sits where

You need to unscrew the two black knobs on the fuse box cover. Its is located in front of the gearstick below the dash. Then when you can see the fuses you will see that the entire fuseholder structure is held in with a couple of screws into the bulkhead under the dash. Take out the screws and pull the structure forward gently and hidden behind them are the relays. See the pic where some nice person has arrowed the one your are after. Unclip/pull it from its seat and simply replace it by pushing in the new one. They only go in one way so you cant really go wrong. Then simply reassemble with the screws back in and then the cover and two knobs.
If you need a new Hazard switch they are cheap enough and simply push fit in place of the old one once you unscrew the three switch panel from the bottom of the dash like in the photos before this reply.
Both jobs are fairly easy to complete and if you take time and dont rip things out with force you should compete the two in less than an hour.
The relay costs around £9.99 for the indicators and the switch around £8 see below examples

Hi guys. Changed the relays for both. Works fine went for a little drive. Did a very very light byway next minute no indicators again? Can someone help me before I give up and take it into somewhere. Cheers guys

Faults are either
Indicator stalk
Hazard switch
Bad earth to indicators
Bad fuse connection

If the hazards don’t work. What could it be then ? If hazards do work then is rhat indicate stalk ?

What relay did you replace the hella one with?
Some LR only like them hella ones & not the newer type(don’t know why…)

So strange woke up this morning. Turned the hazard switch on hazards work fine. Turned ignition on checked indicators now they work ?? But I’ve got a flat battery I’m so confused
 
Sounds very stupid I know where is the fuse carrier or what do you mean by that ? Do you mean where you plug the fuse into ? Sorry for silly question
Have you got an electric multi meter?
Check the fuse both sides where it plugs in.
Yes this is at your main fuse panel
 
Sounds like you need an auto electrician on it. If your battery goes flat it sounds like you have a short somewhere. If the hazards or the dash time clock have a problem it will drain the battery as they maintain a live feed from the battery all the time so both will keep working with the ignition turned off. It might also just be something silly like a loose battery lead either earth or live. To check just try and turn the connector on both a bit. If they move at all they need tightening up.
An electrical expert will find the problem for you and stop all the plug and play stuff. A bit quicker and probably cheaper if not a main LR person. Look in yellow pages or the web for local auto electrical people. Some will come to your home too.
