I haven't had chance to look at it yet, but my dash lights are not working, and neither is my speedo. Apart from the obvious regarding the speedo, like a broken cable, or it not being connected to the clock, is there anything else that could stop it working? Just trying to save myself hours of investigating.

Also any pointers on my dash lights would be handy too. I do miss them when driving at night. Much thanks in advance. :)

Dash lights not switched on or switch bust.
Ok please forgive my ignorance, and the newbie stupidity, but I've really only just started driving my landy after restoring it, and I've never had a landy before, im used to classic VW's. are you saying you have a seperate switch somewhere to turn the dash lights on/off rather than them come on automatically when you put the side/main lights on? (mines an 87 E reg 90) I've found a seperate switch for the interior cab light, as I've discovered landys dont have door switches to turn it on/off

the interior light switch should have 3 settings,

1st (switch to the bottom iirc) switches the interior light on
2nd (switch to the middle) switches all lights off (dash & interior light)
3rd (switch to the top) switches dash lights on when side lights or headlights are on.

hope that makes sense
