it's an additional certificate, there is a lot more to an Overfinch than what he's listed. Do your homework first.
What engine?
Size?diesel
Don’t know only briefly looked at the car, will be going over it more tomorrow and checking paper all work etcSize?
I don't think the bumper is right. Just checked on Vehicle smart, its 3ltr diesel TD6 with the gearbox made of Swiss cheese. RUN away V Quickly never an Overfinch, just an Under pigeon.Doesn't say overfinch on the bonnet
So what’s it really worth then ?
The wife is saying she likes it and does it matter if it’s a Overfinch or not
Unless there is service history including gearboxservice its not worth a lot, have a look on The Bay and see what the prices are like, there's one ex Madonna owned that has all the toys including Overfinch bits but not the real deal, its had an engine and gearbox overhaul with a starting bid of 5500 . There is another for less than 2000. Your "Finch" has done 80 k which is about the life of the gearbox . Allow a couple of grand to replace when it goes tits up.personally I would walk away.So what’s it really worth then ?

What's up with the box in this variant? It wont run well for long with that gearbox
It's made of cheese !!What's up with the box in this variant?
Thanks mate, your answer is a bit more technical than mine, I was going to say they're sh1te.Taken from a well known range rover site posted by a competent mechanic
transmission in the TD6 L322 lasts between 80,000 and 100,000 miles before a major rebuild is required due to valve body wear. There are exceptions, of course, and regular fluid changes (Dexron) will help prolong its life by reducing spool oscillation which causes the wear. The wear results in leakage and subsequent pressure loss, allowing the clutches (particularly the torque converter lock-up clutch) to slip and burn.
nope rather like the Mpg to be over 12
