Don't want this to turn into Ive had good/Ive had bad, but decided since people are quick to bash, I thought I'd also be quick to share this great customer service I've had this week.

Placed an order on Tuesday, not huge, just over £50 for a load of bits n bobs.
Tuesday afternoon I get a phonecall AND an email to say one of the items was out of stock, they had ordered it, Id have my full order early next week.
To my surprise, I get an email on Wednesday aft top say its been dispatched, and then it turned up yest afternoon.

So credit where its due, top job paddocks :)

I totally agree and sometimes I've been very surprised how quick the items have been dispatched and delivered but there have been a couple of occasions where my whole order has been held back because of one item when we're talking a fairly big order here. But overall, things always get here in a reasonable timescale and maybe in this day and age we expect things to come too quickly.

On that basis i should also post - bought a Mantec swingaway spare wheel carrier from them - phone call a few hours later saying it was out of stock, but, they expected it in at teh end of the week (this was last Tuesday) - said ok, if in ship, if not refund me next week. Got a phone call on Monday saying it was in and would I like them to ship it on a next day delivery for no extra charge... :D

The women was more excited about it being in stock than I was - she was almost hyper on the phone to tell me they had it in... still, as they'd gone to all the trouble to ship next day i felt i should really fit it straight away and not leave it sat in the shed for the next 6 months :p

I'll add my 2 penneth. Ordered a seat re-trim kit from Paddocks. Was cheaper than anywhere else and I opted for free delivery as I wasn't in a desperate rush for it (and I'm a tight Yorkshireman). It arrived the next day. Excellent service. :clap2:

hi all , I used them for the 1st time last month .was really impressed with them ,, apart from them being the only company in the uk with them having the only original last part
on the shelf , it was delivered the very next day at 8am ,,and their rep on the phone couldn't have been more helpful . many thanxs MOZZ:):)

I'm in Ireland and sometimes deliveries can be erratic and costly from some outfits but Paddocks have always been very good.

Had my Defender for about 2 months now, it is my first Landy and have only used Paddocks so far. Cant fault them they have been Great Excellent Service.

Generally been good. The only issue I've had with them is not telling me they don't have a part in stock when paying extra for 24hr delivery and not receiving the part of the order I desperately needed for a week.

Had they said I wouldn't have paid the extra as the parts that did turn up the next day were only for spares.

I used paddocks when I bought my series chassis a few years ago service was amazing from ordering till it arived two days later very impressed

I think in the last two years I've spent close to £1200 in ten or more orders. The only time they messed up was when they didn't have a genuine seal and sent the budget replacement. A quick phone call and all was sorted and told to keep the seal they sent in error. It's not the only company I've used. Other have been mudstuff, LR direct, mobile centre, yrm, altec automotive and raptor engineering. All have been very very good

I've had good experiences with Paddocks, standard delivery is usually two days, but importantly I get what I have ordered so far in the box when it arrives, unlike a certain independent Land Rover parts supplier in Bury St Edmunds that sent me a stainless centre pipe for a 90 today and then shrugged and said it he replacement would not be in until Tuesday, so now I have half a system fitted and a soundtrack of a Deltic Loco. rambling over, yeah Paddocks have been good.

Yes, Paddocks have been alright with me. 99.9% of the time if I can find the part on the website it's in stock and comes quickly, or is available for me to pick up from their retail counter. If you've been to visit them you'll see it all seems to fit in quite a small industrial unit neat Matlock so I don't know how they squash it all in. Must be a Tardis.

always had a good service from paddocks. only problem was a p38 pollen filter arrived instead of the classic autobox filter, rectified within 36hrs.
i normally drive down so i can check what i'm getting, then spend a bit of time in matlock. nice scenery and makes the gf happier about me spending on my landy.

Well, it's a good deal smaller than my local Tesco. So they must pack it in tight, especially seeing as they've got a lot of larger items like wheels and tyres too. it's not just brake pads and fan belts.
