They are nuts not bolts, couple of different sizes for L322 wheels depending on year. You will also need four reduction spigots, because L322 wheels are larger where they fit over the hub.

I know where there's a Rangie with L322 wheels on. I'll take a look next time I got past. I take it this isn't urgent. My guess is that if they're not 27mm they are probably 24mm but without checking I am guessing.

You're talking about those little plastic spacer things?

I think the tyre profile is different on the L322 too so you'd have to go for a lower profile tyre to make sure the speedo reads right.

Standard 19" L322 wheels and tyres have the same rolling radius as the 16-18" P38 units. At least the ones up to 2006 do don't know about after that. But can't see why they would differ. After 2006 L322 wheel nut shank diameter changes though. Only thing you need is wheel nuts to suit wheels and spigots to locate them properly on the hub.

The L322 ones I saw were too high a profile - I checked. They're on a P38 though, a 4.0 as it happens. I think they're Range Rover Sport Y alloys but I don't really pay much attention to wheels. I'm interested in how symmetric they are, how resilient and how decent the ride is. Looks are secondary.

I have L322 TD6 wheels on mine slightly harsher ride over bumpy stuff. Standard tyres are 255/55/19 gives a 2 MPH over speed at indicated 60 MPH. That is on unworn new tyres. If you wanted dead correct speedo you would need to fit 255/50/19 tyres. Don't know what is fitted to the sport.

I draw your attention to post #7 in this thread.....

Which are the ones referenced in the above thread where I had to get the wheels nuts turned down!

And fitted to the hubs are plastic 'spacers' to ensure the L322 rims fit concentrically to the hub!

What size wheels are they Ant and what profile tyres?

Yes, Saint. Those are the ones, I think. They're the ones I was thinking of, anyway.

I can show him them if he wants to see them and he's local. I guess he could talk to the owner and see if he would be willing to swap the wheels. Maybe with a crossing of silver for his inconvenience.
