hi all, i been having a few problems with my water level on my range rover 2.5dt.

cant find any leaks anywhere, theres no mayo in engine so i dont think its a head gasket (but i dont no if deisels have same symptoms as petrols).
only thing i can think of is that the header tank cap is letting steam out or i have a tiny crack in tank. as its a cheapish job im going to change bottle and cap first and see if that works before i try anything else.

i cant find haynes manual for my model anywhere, but all i need to no is has the P38 2.5 ltre model have any bleed valves when re-filling coolant?????

cant see any but can can someone confirm this?????
if it has a pic of where they are would help loads.
Thanks

check your drivers carpet matey for dampness could be your matrix o-rings:eek:a good independant l/r mechanic will do these for about £1200..............only joking £3.00 for the o-rings,and allow at sat mornin to do the job.that is of course if it is the o-rings.
