Thinking of driving the Fosse instead of M5. Anyone from Wilts/Dorset heading up that way?
 
Received tickets in the post the other day, number 2048 or something similar, does this have any relevance as to how many people are in?
 
I think they have just over 250 people booked in so far... could be wrong, but I read that they were "well over half way" earlier today, so who knows what those numbers mean!

I'm still waiting to find out whereabouts in the convoy i'll be! Other people seem to have had emails telling them which group they'll be in (i.e. in the first 25 or so, for example)...
 
There's a bit on the forum about what numbers mean..... 1st two are group, 2nd two are number in group

I'm going to start on Friday at Wootton Bassett (20miles away from me) then travel via the Waterpark, up the Fosse Way to Gaydon. Approx 70 miles and 2 hrs.

Anyone else up for this?

If they've already got way over the half way, I guess I should get a booking in ASAP then :S Eitherway, should be heading down from Manchester with my ex RAF 90 "Simba", sounds like a weekend not to be missed. Hope to see you all there guys :)

P.s. If you're camping, does it cost double to pitch up 2 tents? Don't know if 4 of us'll fit in a 2-man tent :S Or is it just one payment per vehicle?

really looking forward to it and all for a good cause!!
 
chuffed to bits :D just had our tickets really looking forward to this,,, should be a good turn out ...,, going up on the saturday 1st thing ....
 
tickets arrived tuesday.camping for the three nights,all family my 110 2xd2[ a v8 + a td5 ]and a sad old git in a p38.all have club with no name on em,beer or brews always on the go
