There's a risk you could snap the wheel nut oft. It's betterer to use the centre hut nut.

Cant see many dealers/sellers letting you jack it up ect...

you can tell alot by driving a freelander. and checking that it still has its propshaft

budget for a recon vcu to be on the safe side. i would

Most dealers say 'any inspection welcome' nowadays - around here anyway,
If the buyer says... before I say yes, will you help me do one last thing and explain what you want doing, then they should have no problem with jacking it for you - just to turn a wheel.
