wondered if anyone could help i have an old 90 with a 200 tdi motor i fitted it with an allysport intercooler and the car ran great i took it off roading got the intercooler and radiator fully bunged with mud and have had terrible overheating problems ever since i took out the stat replaced radiator had a kenlow fitted didnt work put viscous fan on still no good water pump ok head checked and is fine hoses ok the overheating is so bad it blew the radiator last time out this is on normal roads and takes about 14 mies to overheat cant think
what it could be cracked block maybe?
any help would be great
