Yes but I had all air line blown up on my Schrader valves for 5 days and there was no drop in the ride heights, as I was waiting for a full set of seals from Rimmer Brother's,so I know it's not the main air bag lines. If the feeder pipe is leaking would that make only the back to drop, I would have thought all would drop.,

Didn't realise only the rears dropping. Is it on the flat? Does it drop with the delay relay removed?

You need to use a tube cutter
Those snips dont look right
They are an industrial type of pipe cutter as well as any plastic trim, it also cuts on an angle as I used to use it on window insterlations when I was on the tools (long time ago LOL).

Only thing i would say is pre drill holes for screws in component being held. Avoids cracking. :D:D;)
I would have done, and reamed to the correct diameter but some bugger nicked my drill set, and I know who it was:mad: The brother of a friend I was doing a job for. Left my toolbox over night and didn't miss them and a proper square, that I'd had for year's until I next needed them

Hi Guys, going to play with the air lines now my question is should the air line go through the retaining clip as pictue 1, or just stop at the end as picture 2. As I my have to sand some off to achieve No 1 for the air line to pass the inner ridge to make contact with the rubber seal.

In the valve block there should be two O'rings in each port. The line goes through the retainer and through both O'rings, a small amount of silicone grease wiped on them and the pipe. When the system is up to pressure push the pipe in as far as it will go.

Thanks, that could be where I am going wrong not getting the pipe to go right through the retainer to the rings, first job to try.

Well the car did drop over night by a few inches, but luckily enough my repair kit turned up today so took off the clear pipe and replaced it with the black RR type. So pumped back up to road height and repushed the pipes back in just to make sure, so now we'll see what happens to it.

Delay relay removed?

Well put in the new pipe work that came with the repair kit and it's rubbish, the whole car now drops down to the floor so there is only a inch between the arch and the tyre on all 4 corners. So going to take that off and put my made up pipe back on and leave it at that,as for taking the delay relay out, I tried that and noticed that the compressor had stopped working put the delay back and it runs ok. So todays job is pipe work again.

Well used the pipe repair kit and what a waste of time as the whole suspension dropped down to the stops, so when back to the pipes I made and now the car is staying up,but then noticed that even tho the compressor stopped running it was not for a long time so sprayed so soapy water around and noticed bubbles coming from 1 of the valve covers. So check the seals and 1 was twisted so replaced that and re-raised the suspension checked with soapy water again and then noticed bubbles coming from 1 of the valve wires but not from the base of the valve or cover,.So now it's a valve change to see if that will cure this last leak. Find out tomorrow.

You only remove the relay to stop it self-levelling. You have to put it back in again for the EAS to work. A normal relay will let the EAS work but stop self-levelling and diagnostics.

Well I have given myselk a bit of a puzzle as I've never noticed before, but on the valve block where does pipe No 11 go to after it come out the block.
