The fronts you sorta need to push the axle down enough to get it out watch them fingers.
I had to Jack frame up to be able get axle down enough. Both wheels off.
The shocks are likely to be more work as they need to come off first.

Rears are easier as shock is separate.

It looks to me like it has different size tyres front and rear?

My first thoughts on seeing the photos were the front wheels or tyres look smaller than the rear for some reason!
Just my opinion

The springs look like they are on the wrong axles to me. They need swapping round. The thicker springs should be on the rear and the thinner ones on the front.

Got under defender today to see if i could see colours on springs. On front passenger ive got white and yellow, on front driver’s i think its blue red, on rear passenger its blue yellow and rear drivers its blue green. So after looking at the charts there all wrong, the ones on back are HD and are ment for front and the ones on front are normal but should be on rear, am i right ?

Just looking at your pic's I would say your fronts are HD and the rear ones are standard. Re read my previous post.

That's incorrect. Have you bought a new std spring set of correct colour coding yet? If not, stop wasting time with the unknown springs of unknown origin/quality currently on your LR. You mention you bought the existing springs from some LR breaker fellow based in Harrogate - really recommend you don't listen to him, just buy the right springs at the right rating and fit. There are plenty of vendors who'll happily supply.
