Hi I have a 04 freelander td4 se station wagon ,and find the clutch bites at the bottom of the travel near the floor is this right or is clutch going ,Its done 91 kmls , as im used to disco clutch ,can you advise please ,cheers.
Hi all
I am new on here as I have only had my td4 sport for about three months. Mine had a low biting point and was very stiff to push down so I greased the top of the pedal and linkage on to the master cylinder then cut the carpet and sound proofing away.
The pedal goes down to the floor and disengages much better with a lot lighter clutch pedal thanks to the grease on the linkage.
Fitted a ronbox after reading all your posts and it makes it a great car to pull are caravan
