GrumpyGel Well-Known Member Jul 19, 2023 #2 If its pre 2000 (1.8 or L Series diesel), then its basically non serviceable. You throw the whole master/slave/piping away and replace with a new one.

GrumpyGel Well-Known Member Jul 19, 2023 #3 They aren't that expensive (I think) and its a quick, easy and reliable change. Often worth checking the bracket holding the slave at the same time and if its showing signs of bending or cracking, replace that to. Oh, and bung a little lubricant on where the release arm goes through the bell housing.
