2000 4,0 auto.
Minor detail but doing my head in.
My clock runs slow all the time, does anyone know of a fix or a test? Fuse is fine altho interior lights dont work

Had this with the mine, its awhile ago now but I recall opening it up giving it one or two spots of very light oil then hooking it up to a battery on the bench to check if it sorted it which it seem to at the time.

As said, just needs a service. May also be full of dust & fluff.

I will give it an oil and hoover dust out ta much
 
Your lucky Mine doesn't work at all! :confused::D

Seems i need to replace or take it apart and try to fix it!! :eek::D
 
I havent figured out how to take mine out without dismantling dashboard yet
 
While I am on dashboards, does anyone know what holds the top of the wee strut to the cubby box lid? Please?

if the clock is running slowly doesnt that just mean you and the car are getting older slower ?

Just a thought !
