It wouldn't be anything to do with the crud from the injectors. It's more likely to be a bad connection on the rail sensor or the low pressure fuel pump failing.Why would it do that, was that some of the crud being shifted?
The low pressure fuel pump, is that the one behind the rear wheel arch, if so, that was replaced last year.
