Can you feel a pulsing through the pedal when you brake? Does this happen on good tarmac or just on slippery surfaces?

A alexj New Member Feb 4, 2010 #4 Hi Thebiglad, Thanks for the reply. The noise occurs during quite heavy braking on smooth tarmac, I dont get a wobble through the pedal though. Alex

A alexj New Member Feb 10, 2010 #7 It seems the noise is related to the heater fan (the noise does not happen when the fan is off). So I think it's got something to do with all the interior moving about under braking. I will have to start banging bits in the area!

S Swampey New Member Feb 10, 2010 #8 Id check ya pads first, then head to the discs, could be warped.. if they are both fine then brake lines and anything in that area that could be loose.
