I once made the mistake of chequerplating the whole interior of my old 110 v8 csw. Never again. It was slippery as hell when wet and freezing cold in winter and made it a lot more noisey in general. I ended up laying the original carpet back over the top to quieten it down. It did look good though.

Checker plate on the outside is awsum!
The wing tops are usefull for working on it, the rear corners are almost essental (on a 110 ) when offroading, and the sills are great because it looks far neeter than two beat up , un allined and genrally buggered sill pannels. I dont have the rear corners, and my rear corners are not preaty. I want to get some of the bigger ones, in black, to hide all the dents.
Oooo....and little bits for the bumper! and the HUGE bonnet plate! and the wheel arch bits! and the bottom of the door bits! And maybe ill put some on the roof too!
But never, never, ever get the pannel for the rear cross member. Those look descracefull, and they are only ever on Landys with rotton cross members.
