Honestly don't do it, yer landy'll look like a pimp wagon all blinged up
Heavy duty rubber looks so much better and will be more comfortable for anyone who travels in the back, specially yer terrier. Dogs really hate slippy surfaces, chequer plate might be grippy for a human in great big boots but yer doggy's claws just won't grip on it.
And if you ever try to sell your landy it will probably put people off. Most like em standard.

The fred has about a million pages, i lost count mid sep when i went on hols for a coupla weeks (lost track of what was going on on here a bit as well!!!).
Would love to offer you a seat Heffs but i got me uncle as co-pilot. Yer welcome to sit in the seat in the back (proper forward facing seat too!) but i can't promise much comfort and yer'll get bucketed about a bit!
