I'm thinking of fitting chequer plate in the back of my 90 csw, make it a bit more terrier proof in there, I need to keep me seats though, I'm thinkin take the seats out, fit a ready cut chequer plate kit in make sure it fits ok, measure where the seats and belts fit, mark up and drill em out then file em up nice and neat. Then hopefully screw it down with some counter sunk self tappers? Would that be right, is there an easier way? Cheers.

But yes, that sounds about right - dont tell anyone but that;s what i got in the back o mine (was there when i bought it honest!) - makes chucking bricks n rubble in the back much easier but it's a bugger if you spill something really oily in there coz it all gets trapped between the plate and the tub andn then runs out when it warms up or you park on a hill!

na its just that pepes tend to get carried away wiv it once theyve fitted some and it then adds shed loads of weight and makes your landy look sheee ite

ive just got me wingtops done as i stand on there a lot when offroading to pull branches n **** out the way
HAHA!!! That's on a par with "My friend thinks he might be gay" and "i once heard of a man with one ball, can you give me...i mean him...some advice please"

:D :D :D

PS I'm a fine one to take the ****, i am CHECKERPLATE CHARLIE (not really out of choice, but i'm sure as a landrover novice all that time ago it probably did sway me towards it!!! - musta seen me coming a mile off!!!)

musta bin the reflection :D.

Dunt spread it oddie, but I found a blingy alternative to the snow cone that I quite like

so Si, you know my set up, would i be able to fit something else in conjunction with a home made snorkel then?
