on my disco 2 EGR secondary air injection is disabled and check engine light is allways on how i can just shut off disable this light and never come back light is allways on and dont tell me anything thank you guys (sorry for my language)

Just disabling EGR won't necessarily turn the light on, how do you know the light being on isn't down to something else? (Mine is deleted and I have no engine light on)
Alternatively, have you reconnected the EGR and seen if the light goes off?

How comes it doesnt tell you anything? if the CEL is on there must be a fault code which triggers it and it will be off only after the fault was rectified and eventually the code cleared. If no fault code is logged then it can be a circuit issue on the warning lamp's path then i can tell you how to check but only if you are skilled with electronics and you have RAVE

my disco is V8 as i know for TD5 This is not the reason for the engine lights obd tells my only this P0413 Secondary air injection system switching valve A circuit open and car dont have any problems it working perfectly

It's about disabled SAI on a V8 here ;)

That fault code is the reason for the constant CEL and it will not go out untill the SAI is not disabled in the ECU's software too

As i said as the SAI was just physically removed without addapting the software for that the related fault code is triggering the CEL but the engine is also running on a default for that so even if you think it's running OK it's not 100% optimal. So are you saying you just want to kill the CEL to not see it even if it is on with a good reason?

SAI was disabled with professional there was a 4.6 when this engine stop working swaped with 4.0 and as ai khow 4.0 dont have SAI engine is running good without any problems can i just kill light? it checked with computer and professionals and they said engine has no problems

You are not listening, those professionals should have known to replace the ECM too together with the replacement engine... a non-SAI ECM can't log a P0413 SAI fault code as it's not configured for that... i say for the last time: AS LONG AS YOU KEEP GETTING THAT P0413 FAULT CODE THE CEL WILL KEEP COMING ON... you have to fit a non-SAI ECM to fix this

thank you i will talk them

I hope they have the dedicated diagnostic tool to make the ECM learn the security code and reset adaptive values which is compulsory for a V8 but i have some doubts about theyr proffesionalism if they thought that a 4.0 will run OK with a 4.6 SAI ECM just like that

BOSCH MOTRONIC M5.2.1 - Diagnostic Capabilities (UTILITY)
· Discovery Security Learn:
This function forces theMotronic ECU to learn the incoming
code from the BCU in a Discovery Series II as its correct mobilization code.
· Reset adaptive values: The adaptive values should be reset if any of the following
components have been renewed or rectified: fuel injector, lambda sensor, fuel pump,
fuel rail,MAFS, inlet manifold, after fixing an air leak or if a new ECU was fitted.

You need an ECU Part number NNN100460 (Bosch 0261204439) for Discovery II without Secondary Air Injection.
