as i check i have few more codes p1117 and o2 sensors car doesnot have o2 sensors it is disabled to and p1117 what is means temperature is ok

IMO those proffesionals who fitted your engine botched up things quite bad then, as log as such fault codes are logged the CEL will be on, it'll be off once the ECU's fault memory stays clear ... do you have something like this https://www.magnumtuning.com/en/detail/ez-cel-fix-oxygen-sensor-simulator/land-rover/discovery instead of the lambda sensors or some resistors fitted ?

no i dont have lambda is ok c.o is 0.18

So do you have O2(lambda) sensor faults logged or not ? you can see the probable causes of the fault codes you have in the attached doc

O2 sensor = "lambda"

though i think i've already gave you all the info you need so i'm not gonna continue this way... good luck
