does anyone know of anywhere that has a hawkeye on sale or cheaper than £300

i have the money but every litle saving when owning a landrover helps :)
 
cheers nathan im £10 cheaper than that after searching ebay was just wondering if anyone new anywhere else as 2 weeks ago 4x4parts were selling for £269.00

When you finally get one I'd be interested in how useful you find it as I may splash out on one as well. I don't know how advanced the diagnostic technology was on the older freelanders?
 
i no but if i miss somewhere then its more than likly to be chaper just wish it was still 269.00 as the diff could have gone towards fixing something else
 
i know nothing about the hawkeye
but i know most on rovers use the t-300 it has landrover listed and a member on another forum makes a lead just for the mems system is it worth looking into that much cheaper at £100

my main reason for buying the hawkeye is because of my 3 amigos spent about 100 at the garage upto now to not get any further so buying my own so i can work on it more without having to pay 46 quid per hour

plus then to members local to me they have the option of using my hawkeye and not paying garage prices

was going to order one today but the places on ebay dnt seem to stock it and they order them in and they wont get one till monday so might aswell just order monday morning
 
i have being to the garage twice for this problem teddy

all 4 ABS sensors replaced
all 4 ABS rings replaced
2nd hand ABS pump (worked on my friends who was breaking)
also tried a 2nd hand ABS ECU but history unknown

all wiring is checked by using the autodata but i have found one new senor has gone out of resistance range (950-100) and one of the senors is now ready 1120 but ive being wanting a hawkeye for a while now aswell
 
Matt1295, If you are setting up a list of keepers of the hawkeye for other members please count me in. I am based in Canterbury. My one only covers the Freelander 1.
 
we should make a sticky for this freelander section of all the members with Hawkeyes and location


will start a thread now i think
