I'm not knocking you Jock, but if your chassis building skills are anything like your house extension that you are so proud of, you obviously don't care about building regs or health and safety!

That is the reason you don't understand why advice started out as help and has now become constructive criticism your arrogant and any advice falls on deaf ears.. keep posting pics and updates so you can show us all how to do it and also how your insurance works out when you tell them...

I could fabricate one myself no problem as I'm a qualified welder/fabricator but I chose to buy one because I didn't have the time to spend fabricating one or proper facilities and didn't want to end up in a legal mess with insurance. And yes I have declared that I've replaced my chassis like for like. And I'm Scottish too from Falkirk. I haven't seen your recent videos so can't gauge how your work has come along.
