I followed the workshop manual exactly but it runs like ****.Its like driving with the brakes on and a **** load of smoke.
I took the front cover off to check it all and it all looked good.
The only problem i had (if it is a problem) was that the locking pin that came with the kit (9mm) would hardly go in so i used one from a different kit (8mm) but it would only go in at a slight angle and once it came to removing it,it took some force to pull it out.With the belt slack and the 3 inj bolts tight i could use the bolts to free the pin.
I took a quick vid to show it.
Got to be the inj pump but why has it done this and how do i fix it?
